Join us as we celebrate a milestone in Morrisville’s future—the official groundbreaking of the Morrisville Town Center. Envisioned as a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly hub, Town Center will seamlessly connect our neighborhoods while creating a lively destination for dining, gathering, and outdoor enjoyment.

Spanning approximately 25 acres, this transformative mixed-use development will establish a true downtown for Morrisville—bringing residents, the workforce, and visitors together in one dynamic community space.

Parking will be available at the Town Hall Connector Building (200 Town Hall Drive) and Indian Creek Trailhead (101 Town Hall Drive). Limited, marked parallel parking spaces will be available along Town Hall Drive. There is no parking at the Morrisville Community Library.
