The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority is exploring plans to create a recreation and wellness destination on 136 acres near Aviation Parkway and I-40. Partnering with Pacific Elm Properties, the goal is to design a unique space that serves the community, highlights the natural character of the site, and generates revenue for the airport.

💡 Public Workshops
The Airport Authority and Pacific Elm are seeking community input to help shape the future of this exciting project.

• The first workshop was held on August 19.

• Two additional workshops are scheduled, and the public is invited to attend.

• These informal, drop-in events run from 4:00–7:00 PM. Stop by anytime to:
